New Beginnings, Same Values
Hello everyone! I am here to introduce myself and give you all the long awaited updates. The last couple months have been an absolute whirlwind physically and emotionally as we chose to close the Seattle shop and botanic kitchen. Thank you to everyone who helped liquidate the store and show your support during our closing sale. We are so grateful that we were able to donate a lot of our herbs to the wonderful @hilltop_urban_gardens to support their Black Birthworkers Initiative, as well as @canoejourneyherbalists who both do so much for their communities (go support them!).
My name is Khai Bhagwandin, I am licensed acupuncturist and herbalist who has been working with Ivy this past year and I will be taking over Blendily! Yes, Blendily lives on! Same values with a fresh new beginning. I have moved the botanic kitchen to my family's farm, Shady Grove Farm in Onalaska, WA. This is where most of our herbs will be grown on site. During our transition there will be limited products available but we hope to get production going more steadily this spring. Until then, our website will be open for orders with the remaining product and we hope to release some small batch creations along the way!
I have been practicing TCM in Ballard WA since 2018 and am passionate about natural, holistic beauty and physical medicine. I will be integrating some traditional herbal formulations and knowledge into our new products. I will still keep the classics like our facial serums and will be taking requests for specific products that you love!
We miss our Ballard kitchen but we are so excited for the next phase of Blendily!
