Acne Prone Skincare Routine

We all have had to face it at some point, a dreaded pimple on the face, an acne spot. Even though it is completely normal and happens to the majority of people, it is something that many  people love to learn to get under control using a skincare routine. So today we will be sharing with you a full Acne Skincare Routine using our favorite Blendily products. 

Step 1 - Cleanse:

To start off your skincare routine you need to cleanse the skin from all the dirts and oils that have built up over the day. Our Aloe Honey Facial Cleanser is the perfect face wash to help. The honey is gentle exfoliant for the skin and the pure olive oil Castile soap base, allows it to effectively cleanse the skin without stripping it of its natural oils.

Step 2 - Exfoliate:

About 1-2 times a week we need to exfoliate our face to help the dead skin and build up cleaned right off. Our Hoppy Dreams exfoliator is a top tier choice for this! All you need to do is to mix a bit of Aloe Honey with the Hoppy Dreams to create your ~Dream~ exfoliator. 

Step 3 - Moisturize:

Contrary to what you might think, a face oil can actually be a great tool for acne prone skin. The more that you stripe your skin of its natural oils, the more that your skin will overproduce the oils. When choosing a face oil, Golden Hour is an excellent oil for all skin types, one could call it our all-star oil! 

Step 4 - Treat:

With acne prone skin comes the most annoying parts, the acnes spots! There are a few ways that we can treat those acne spots. 

For a spot treatment Acne Adieu, the combination of witch hazel, tea tree oil and other botanicals is a great spot treatment for pimples. All you have to do is shake the bottle well and apply to areas of the skin that are prone to acne.
